Roberto Olivo started in the masonry trade in 1974 at the age of 16. Working under the apprenticeship of his father he became a Master Mason in a few short years. He went to work shortly after with a large company to gain more experience and stayed for 11 years before deciding to strike out on his own as 'Robert Olivo Masonry'. Roberto's wife Luz helped with payroll and logistics while Roberto focused on the atrisan portion of the trade.
In 1994 Roberto and Luz incorporated the business to what is known today as Olivo Masonry, Inc.

Roberto and Luz's first son, Rudy, joined the team in 1996 followed by Roberto Jr. "Rocky," in 1997, and Osvaldo, Roberto's third son started in 2003.
